  • Payment Method: All payments are in U.S. Dollars. I accept PayPal, the fastest and most secure option.

    • Transaction Fee: PayPal charges a 3% fee, which will be added to your total.

    • Payment Terms:

      • Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice.

      • Items are only reserved once payment is received.

      • If payment is not received within 24 hours, the item may be offered to other buyers.

  • Yes! I ship worldwide using Japan Post. Checkout options are available at the time of purchase.

    Items Under 2 kg:

    • SAL economy: 3–6 weeks

    • Standard airmail: 7–14 days

    • EMS express: 3–5 days

    Items Over 2 kg:

    • EMS express: 3–5 days (fast but more expensive)

    • Postal Parcel SAL: 3–6 weeks (affordable for heavy items)

    • Surface Mail: 2–3 months (cheapest option)

    Special Shipping to the USA:

    • DHL Express is offered for all U.S. shipments (see tariffs below).

  • Our shipping process is as follows:

    • First, we invoice you for the item purchase price, and you pay for the item.

    • Next, we carefully package your item.

    • Then, we take the package to DHL, who calculates the exact shipping cost based on the destination and package specifics.

    • Finally, we invoice you for the shipping charges. Once you pay the shipping invoice, we promptly ship your package to you.

    This process ensures you pay a fair and accurate shipping fee based on your order specifics.

    • All U.S. orders now ship via DHL Express.

    • DHL calculates rates based on size and weight, with a maximum of 8 kg per package.

    • Processing Fee: $7 (for customs paperwork and tariff submission).

    • Tariff Fee: U.S. customs charges 15% on Japanese-origin goods, which will be included in your invoice.

    • Timing: Tariff and fees apply based on the date your package arrives in the U.S., not the order date.

  • Yes, we do! Kamui Vintage regularly buys antiques from the local community. If you’re looking to sell, please follow these steps:

    1. Take some pictures of the items you are selling.

    2.  Attach those pictures to an email and add a brief description of anything you think might be relevant (condition, age, if you know it, etc.).

    3. If you have an idea of how much money you want for the item(s), please include that in the email.

    4. Send us an email, and we will quickly get back to you and let you know if we’d like to purchase your items.
